Brick is run by Chocolatier Claire in Manchester. Having learned her craft from some of the best chocolate makers in Britain, Claire transformed the outhouse in her garden to a chocolate den where Brick was born. Our chunky bars are handmade using Colombian chocolate, packed full of goodies and wrapped in a rainbow of feel-good foils ready for scoffing.
